Mission: The mission of the South Brunswick Arts Commission is to enrich the lives of the citizens of South Brunswick through the arts, and to celebrate the ethnic and cultural diversity within our community. Through presenting quality programs and promoting education of the arts, we hope to create fulfilling cultural lives for our residents in a climate of inclusiveness.
What We Do: The South Brunswick Arts Commission sponsors the monthly Jazz Cafe September through May except January, and five exhibits a year at The Gallery in the Municipal Building. The commission also maintains an Artist Registry open to Visual, Performing and Literary Artists in South Brunswick. The registry is available to businesses and organizations seeking individuals for exhibits and other programs. The Commission selects artists for exhibits in the Senior Center. Jazz Cafe performances are held monthly on Friday evenings from 8–10pm at the Herb Eckert Auditorium in the Senior Center.
